Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated automatically.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What happens when I hit my AI generation limit?
You can still create and edit slides manually. AI generation limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Upgrade to Pro for 100 AI generations per month.
Can I export my presentations?
Yes. All plans include PDF and PowerPoint export. Pro plans also remove the Maiekr watermark from exported files.
How does team billing work?
Pro plans are billed per workspace. All members of a workspace share the plan features and AI generation quota.
What AI model powers Maiekr?
Maiekr uses Google Gemini to generate and enhance slide content. AI processing happens on Google Cloud infrastructure — your data is never used for model training.
Where is my data stored?
All presentation data is stored on UK-based infrastructure using PostgreSQL. We comply with UK GDPR and offer a Data Processing Agreement for enterprise customers.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a discount is on our roadmap. Start with monthly Pro and we will notify you when annual plans launch.
